Hello!

What is Nectr? Nectr (short from connector) is a serverless tool and library for cost-effectively managing and analyzing data. Nectr is great for hosting data, sharing it with others, conducting data analysis, and creating maps and charts — with no coding skills required. Data tables and visualizations created in Nectr can be published directly through your account, or can be ported anywhere you use HTML on the web, including sitebuilders like Wordpress or Squarespace.

Who is Nectr for? Nectr is a tool for anyone looking to manage or share data in a low-cost, low-code environment. Nectr is a great option for people with little or no coding or programming experience. Nectr was born after working on public health data science projects, and identifying gaps in the public and nonprofit sectors’ organizational data capacities.

Contact Nectr is led by the team at the Open Spatial Lab at University of Chicago’s Data Science Institute. Read more. Nectr was developed starting in 2023 with direct feedback and engagement from organizations in OSL’s Data Collaboratory.
